doctors around metro Atlanta who are willing to see patients in
THEIR OWN clinics free of charge. However, these
doctors can be seen by appointment only. In order to accomplish this we have
developed a Medical aPPOINTMENT Form that you need to complete and submit. Once
your request is received a coordinator will contact you and arrange for an
appointment, Inshallah, with a physician near your home.
