What are the documents needed for a Hajj visa?
1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travelling date (with enough blank pages for visa)
2. For Non- American citizens, if applicable, clear copies of your green card - front & back.
3. 3 recent passport-size photos with your name signature on the back of the photos.
4. Visa Application please fill-out in INK, one application per person. (Click here to view and print visa application)
5. Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
6. If you are not carrying a Muslim name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Muslim is required.
- For ladies traveling for Hajj:
7. Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
8. Women traveling alone without husband, brother or adolescent son, a NOTARIZED permission letter is required from the husband, brother, or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for (Hajj/Umra) .
9. Women traveling obtaining permission letter from their son and do not carry the same last name; the son's birth certificate is required.
